Q: Can I get a custom name or message or logo inscribed on something?
A: No, unfortunately I am not taking on custom orders at this time.
Q: Can you ship me things outside of the United States?
A: No, I do not ship internationally at this time.
Q: I received my item and it smells a little burnt. Why? What can I do about it?
A: My pieces are cut out by a laser. That means that the laser is actually burning the wood. The dark edge that outlines all of my pieces is a burn mark left by the laser. When a piece is freshly cut out, it smells like burned cherry wood. That smell will fade over time.
To encourage the smell to fade faster I recommend leaving your item somewhere with air flow so the smell can dissipate (don't try to put it in an airtight container and hope the smell changes). Q: Do you accept new wholesale accounts?
A: Spot clean with soap and water if necessary. If the wood starts to feel like it's drying out I recommend re-oiling it with a coconut oil/beeswax blend. You can find a great one on the Jonathan's Spoons website.
A: Yes! Visit my wholesale specific website, create an account, and send me an email with a little bit of information about your shop. Once I've approved your account (and tagged it as a wholesale account), you'll be able to order online.
